Dangerous  Rayan Abukar Ali also known as Rayan Bajaj and Hibo Mohamud Abdullahi in court to face crime charges

Two dangerous  Foreigners;  Rayan Abukar Ali and Hibo Mohamud Abdullahi have been  arraigned in court to face a crime offence relating to  assault charges.

The two appeared in court even after the same court issued a warrant of arrest against Fihima Yusuf Abdillahi who failed to turn up on the ground that she was unwell.

They are jointly linked to some powerful Somali politicians accused of money laundering and fraud businesses.

The said women are said to have a serious connection with some Somali politicians who are surrounded by controversies and shoddy business deals.
” The warrant of arrest is at this moment issued against the first accused persons, I direct the matter to be mentioned on October 8 for further directions,” said Hon. Samson Temu.

The accused person is charged alongside Rayan Abukar Ali and Hibo Mohamud Abdulloahi who were both present in court when the matter came up for mention. According to the chargesheet, the accused persons are jointly charged that on July 24, 2024, at Lenox apartments in the Kilimani area in Dagoreti Sub-County, jointly assaulted the complainant occasioning her bodily harm.

Their lawyers told the court that the first accused person was unwell and provided a purported medical document in court to prove her illness but was dismissed by both the victim’s lawyer and the prosecution.;

” I request the court to dismiss the purported medical documents and issue a warrant of arrest against the first accused person, the document does not tell the kind of illness the accused person is suffering from or whether she is bedridden or not” said Samson Ng’etich the prosecutor. According to the court papers, the accused persons are out on kenya shillings 10,000 cash bail each with a surety of the same amount. The magistrate directed that the matter proceed later next month.
