John Khisa faces potential civil imprisonment and substantial financial penalties for defaming the Tranzoia Chief of Staff in a WhatsApp group.
The allegations could result in millions in damages if found liable for defamation.
John Khisa is facing potential civil imprisonment or significant financial penalties due to his use of inflammatory language directed at Transnzoia Chief of Staff Mr. Dickson Wamocho, as indicated by recent court documents.
Sources said that Khisa did this to maliciously taint Mr.Wamocho as corrupt and a person who is unfit to hold office with instructions from some political opponents to tarnish his name. In a demand letter from Mr.Wamocho through Bikundo and Co.Advocates, Mr.Khisa has been ordered to apologize immediately in the same WhatsApp group and his social media handle.
